Features

DUROX Press Plates are high quality anodized aluminum press plates used in presses for manufacturing of multilayer PCBs and laminates suitable for Lauffer, Bürkle, ADARA by Cedal Equipment® and others.
Thanks to our controlled manufacturing process and our broad experience we can supply press plates with very tight tolerances, low roughness, controlled anodized layer and no surface defects.

Alloy

Specifically selected high quality 6XXX aluminum alloy

Heat treatment

Precipitation hardening heat treatment T6 for enhanced strength, hardness and durability

Rolling

Controlled cold rolling to achieve strict dimensional requirements and defect free surface

Shaping

High quality machine cutting, deburring and rounding of the aluminum sheets to produce custom press plate dimensions

Surface treatment

High thickness sulphuric hard anodizing on the whole press plate surface for high scratch resistance, improved durability and complete electric insulation

Quality inspection

Careful 100% quality inspection to ensure defect-free press plates
